Summary

Feedback Tool does not run a backend service. Processing happens on-device or directly with the third‑party services you connect (e.g., Jira, GitHub, Notion, Linear, Google Docs, Slack, Discord).

What data we collect

We do not collect or store your data on our servers.

Transcription (ElevenLabs)

When you enable transcription, audio recordings are sent directly from the app to ElevenLabs for processing. ElevenLabs returns the transcript, which is stored locally on your device and used to build exports. We do not receive or store your audio or transcripts on our servers.

Authentication and tokens

OAuth access tokens are stored locally on your device (Keychain/UserDefaults) and are used only to make API requests to the services you authorize. Tokens are never sent to us.

How data is used

Data is used solely to create exports (e.g., Jira tasks or GitHub issues) and list selectable destinations (sites, projects, repositories) within the connected services. We do not sell or share your data.

Third‑party services

When you connect a service or enable transcription, your data is processed by that provider according to their policies (e.g., ElevenLabs for transcription; Atlassian for Jira). You can revoke access at any time from the provider's settings (e.g., Atlassian → Connected Apps, GitHub → Applications).

Data retention

Feedback Tool does not retain your data. Any data stored is stored locally on your device or in the third‑party service you export to.
